PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a creep characteristic value acquisition method that has both accuracy corresponding to a creep characteristic acquisition method such as a conventional tension test, and reduction effect of time, cost and the number of test pieces offered by a current stress relaxation method.SOLUTION: Among creep characteristic values, the n value (stress dependence of a strain rate) is obtained from a creep strain rate and the inclination of stress obtained from a stress relaxation curve.
