PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display an image to be included in transmission information, even when annotation information is added to the image, while preventing a position in the image indicated in the annotation information when a user browses the image, so that the details of the image does not become difficult to be seen due to the addition of the annotation information.SOLUTION: In a report browsing mode, after failure information is displayed, pieces of annotation information 71 and 72 are displayed as added to an image.
