PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article having on the surface, a cured film of a fluorine-based surface treatment agent for vapor deposition capable of forming stably a high-performance water-repellent and oil-repellent film.SOLUTION: In an article having on the surface, a cured film of a fluorine-based surface treatment agent for vapor deposition containing (A) hydrolyzable group-containing silane modified by a fluorooxyalkylene group-containing polymer and/or its partial hydrolysis condensate, and (B) a fluorooxyalkylene group-containing polymer having a larger weight average molecular weight than component (A), the mixing mass ratio between component (A) and component (B) is 6:4 to 9:1.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
