PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transport pipe connection unit which can adequately prevent movement of an upstream side adapter.SOLUTION: A connection unit 18 is equipped with a cylindrical connection body part 100 corresponding to each transport pipe 12, an upstream side adapter 120 and a downstream side adapter 170. A downstream end of the upstream side adapter 120 which connects the transport pipes 12 is inserted in and connected to an upstream end of the connection body part 100. A depth of this insertion can be adjusted within several millimeters. The insertion depth is regulated by a position regulation part 140. The position regulation part 140 is equipped with a move part 151 which can be advanced to the connection body part 100 side and of which retraction is disabled by a latch structure. The move part 151, which is advanced by a desired amount and of which retraction is disabled, contacts the upstream end of the connection body part 100, whereby the insertion depth is prevented from becoming deeper.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 |
