The present invention relates to a metal-organic coordination polymer light-emitting compound and a method for preparing same and, more specifically, to a compound represented by chemical formula 1. The metal-organic coordination polymer compound according to the present invention is excited in a UV and/or blue region, has a narrow half-width of at most 10 nm, and particularly can be applied as various LED light-emitting materials by having the effect of being excited in the blue region.
