A chromatograph mass spectrometer provided with: an MSn-1 analysis setting unit 42 for having a person performing analysis set an analysis execution time zone for the execution of MSn-1 analysis, an execution time for MSn-1 analysis, and a loop time; an analysis time zone division unit 43 for dividing an overall analysis time zone into a plurality of partial analysis time zones according to the number or analysis condition differences of MSn-1 analyses set within the same time zone; an MSn analysis setting unit 44 for carrying out MSn-1 analysis, acquiring mass spectrum data, and setting MSn analysis having ions corresponding to a mass peak satisfying preset conditions as precursor ions; an MSn analysis execution time allocation unit 45 for allocating, to the Msn analysis execution times of each of a plurality of partial analysis time zones, the time remaining after subtracting an event execution time from the loop time; and an analysis execution unit 46 for repeating the execution of MSn-1 analysis and MSn analysis in each of the plurality of partial analysis time zones. |
