Provided are: an imaging device that makes it possible to reduce the effects of imaging light interference between optical systems and obtain a high-quality image by means of a simple processing configuration; an imaging method; and a program. The imaging device 30 is provided with: an imaging optical system 11 comprising a first optical system 21 and a second optical system 22 that share an optical axis and have differing focal lengths; an imaging element 24 comprising a first sensor group 24a for selectively receiving light that has passed through the first optical system 21 and a second sensor group 24b for selectively receiving light that has passed through the second optical system 22; and an image combination unit 33 that aligns a plurality of first captured images captured while the optical axis L of the first optical system 21 is in various states, combines the plurality of aligned first captured images in order to generate a first generated image, aligns a plurality of second captured images captured while the optical axis L of the second optical system 22 is in various states, and combines the plurality of aligned second captured images in order to generate a second generated image. |
