The present invention relates to a composition for detecting abdominal fat tissue in cows and a detection method using the same, and more specifically, to a composition for detecting abdominal fat tissue in cows, a kit, and a detection method using the composition, wherein the composition comprises an agent which is capable of detecting the genetic expression of at least one bovine gene selected from the group consisting of ALB, VIM, HBB, FASN, COL6A3, ANXA2, ANXA5, ACTB, Tublin alpha-1B chain, TUBA1A, HBA, ACTA1, ACTA2, EHD2, COL6A2, HSPB1, DES, PLIN4, TUBB5, LUM, TF, FABP4, CKB, TKT, LDHB, APOA1, LGALS1, COL6A1, LAMB2, LAMC1, SERPINA3-2, IDH1, KRT7, HSPG2, YWHAG, ATP5B, HSPA1B, A2M, FGB, C3, PRELP, ALODA, TPM2 and TPM1. The present invention can detect proteins that are expressed specifically in response to bovine abdominal fat tissues, thereby facilitating an accurate and rapid selection of desirable cows with high beef quality grades. |
