The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing dielectrics material coated separator and a separator containing lithium-sulfur secondary battery, wherein dielectric material is applied to a porous substrate and high voltage is applied, so that a separator in which polarization of dielectric material coated onto the porous substrate occurs, can be manufactured, thereby preventing sulfur from moving from cathode to anode and precipitating in a lithium-sulfur secondary cell, to extend the life of lithium-sulfur secondary cell.
