PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meter-reading support system capable of using an information technology and achieving efficiency of a meter-reading work.SOLUTION: A meter-reading support system is a system for reading a meter of a target by using a portable terminal 10, and measures a reduced heat quantity through use of solar heat hot water in a solar heat hot water system 20. The meter-reading support system comprises: a reduced heat quantity calculation device 30 and a remote controller 40 for hot water supply, serving as a measurement device; and a management server 50. The remote controller 40 for hot water supply creates data in which meter-reading information which is measured by the reduced heat quantity calculation device 30 is a content of the data. The management server 50 acquires the meter-reading information which is acquired by input of data by the portable terminal 10 through access to the management server 50 from the portable terminal of a user, from the portable terminal 10, associates the meter-reading information with the user of an access source, then registers the reduced heat quantity which is specified from the acquired meter-reading information in a management database.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
