PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse transformer drive circuit capable of suppressing impact to another circuit by avoiding a current, which flows at a change of voltage difference between a primary winding and a secondary winding, flowing into a power supply.SOLUTION: A pulse transformer drive circuit includes: a switching element Q1, having a source, a drain, and a gate, whose source is connected to one end of a power supply, and is turned on/off with a pulse signal inputted to the gate; a switching element Q2, having a drain, a source, and a gate, whose drain is connected at the drain of the switching element Q1, and is turned on/off alternately with the switching element Q1, with a pulse signal inputted at the gate; a capacitor C1 whose one end is connected to the drain of the switching element Q1 and the drain of the switching element Q2, and the other end is connected to ground; a diode D1 whose one end is connected to the source of the switching element Q2 and the other end is connected to the ground; and a transformer T having a primary winding P and a secondary winding S, and one end of the primary winding is connected to the one end of the diode and the other end of the primary winding is connected to the ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
