PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load driver capable of swiftly starting a load.SOLUTION: A load driver 10 includes: a logic circuit 15 that sets a parameter for an inner circuit 17 provided to equipment therein; an internal CR oscillation circuit 11 that outputs an internal clock before an external clock which is given from the outside gets stabilized; and a flash memory 16 that stores an initial value of the parameter. The logic circuit 15 operates based on the internal clock to set the initial value which is stored in the flash memory 16 as the parameter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
