PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve miniaturization and cost reduction.SOLUTION: An outlet side of a flow path 114 of a fuel cell stack 16 is connected to an upper part of a hot water storage tank 22 through a first pipe line 110, and an inlet side of the flow path 114 is connected to a bottom part of the hot water storage tank 22 through a second pipe line 112 and has a first circuit. A hot water circulation pump 108 is arranged at a middle of the second pipe line 112, and the operation of hot water circulation pump 108 is controlled based on a difference between an outlet temperature and a target temperature of the fuel cell stack 16 during an electric power is generated in the fuel cell stack 16. A heat generated in the fuel cell stack 16 in accordance with the electric power generation is directory recovered to the hot water storage tank 22 without passing through a heat exchanger by using the water circulating in the first circuit, and the outlet temperature of fuel cell stack 16 is maintained to the target temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
