PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar coil manufacturing method that can reduce the number of manufacturing steps while preventing deformation of a winding.SOLUTION: A planar coil used as a sensor of a flaw detector comprises a spiral winding 5, a first resin film 71, etc. When the planar coil is manufactured, winding start portions 511, 512 of the winding 5 wound on the first resin film 71 are pressed against the molten first resin film 71, whereby the winding start portions 511, 512 are fixed to the first resin film 71. Subsequently, an intermediate portion connected to the winding start portions 511, 512 is pressed against the molten first resin film 71 every time the winding is once wound on the first resin film 71. As described above, the site which is wound every time the winding 5 is wound once is pressed against the molten first resin film 71, thereby fixing the winding 5 to the first resin film 71. Accordingly, another step of fixing the winding 5 can be omitted while preventing winding deformation of the winding 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
