PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery system improving the operation reliability of a swelling (expansion) CID (current interrupt device).SOLUTION: The present invention provides a battery system improving the operation reliability of a swelling CID. The battery system includes a cooling plate 500 that forms an appearance of a battery 100 in which a swelling CID 300 interrupting a current flow is mounted and includes a swelling hole 510 formed therein, the swelling hole inducing an expansion of a pouch 400 in which the swelling CID is embedded. Therefore, since the swelling hole is formed in the cooling plate, improved operation reliability as compared with conventional battery systems in which operation reliability is varied according to a thickness of a pouch cell can be obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
