PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for high absorption of carotenoid which is hydrophobic, the composition enhancing carotenoid absorption into a living body and making efficiently obtaining carotenoid physiology effect with a little intake easy.SOLUTION: The invention provides a composition for high carotenoid absorption containing deep ocean water and carotenoid. Preferably, the carotenoid is derived from Citreae, more preferably, the carotenoid derived from Citreae is cryptoxanthin, and still more preferably, the deep ocean water is raw water or a mixed water of a desalted water obtained by a reverse osmosis membrane method and the raw water of the deep ocean water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
