PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a nut which can manufacture a nut that is formed of two members and has different specifications of female screw holes of both of them while making the female screw holes formed on the two members accurately communicate with each other.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a nut includes: a step of screwing corresponding shape male screw portion 21B which constitutes a part of a molding screw rod 20 to a second female screw hole 16d of a second screwing portion 16 in a close contact state, and protruding the corresponding shape male screw portion from a molding male screwing portion 21A which constitutes another part of the corresponding shape male screwing portion of the molding screw rod, and has different specification from that of the corresponding shape male screwing portion and a phase coinciding with that of the corresponding shape male screwing portion, to the outside of the second screwing portion; a step of positioning the second screwing portion and the molding male screw portion in molding dies 25 and 30; a step of molding a first screwing portion formed by integrating the outer peripheral surface of the molding male screw portion with the second screwing portion in the molding die, through insert molding injecting a resin having fluidity into the molding die to cure the resin; and a step of separating the molding die and the molding screw rod from the first screwing portion and the second screwing portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
