Provided are monoclonal antibodies, which specifically bind to the nucleocapsid of Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV), an antibody which is a combination thereof, a Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus diagnosis composition and kit comprising the antibody, and a Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus detection method using same.
