The present invention relates to a filament resin composition for 3D printing. More specifically, the present invention relates to a filament resin composition for fused deposition modeling-3D printing (FDM-3D printing), a filament for FDM-3D printing, and a molded product produced by using the same. The filament resin composition for FDM-3D printing comprises a ceramic filler and a biocompatible binder resin. Accordingly, a 3D printer material having excellent biocompatibility and high mechanical properties may be provided.
