The present invention discloses a vehicle detecting system for decoding section traffic information and providing information in a street network. The vehicle detecting system includes: a first terrestrial magnetism sensor buried in a road; a second terrestrial magnetism sensor buried in the road to be spaced from the first terrestrial magnetism sensor; and a control unit receiving signals outputted from the first terrestrial magnetism sensor and the second terrestrial magnetism sensor and determining whether or not a vehicle is parked. The vehicle detecting system can determine whether or not the vehicle is currently driven and passes the road, the vehicle stops, or the vehicle is parked by simply using the two terrestrial magnetism sensors without establishing infrastructures such as a complex sensor, a camera and the like. Therefore, a construction cost is reduced and a maintenance cost is also innovatively reduced. |
