PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a grooved pipe and a processing device thereof, suitable even for large item small scale production, by finely adjusting and easily setting the depth of a recessed groove part, by restraining the occurrence of a burr, by miniaturizing the device.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method comprises a first eccentric work process of forming a first inclined pressing groove part D1 inclined in one side direction in a processing object part P5 by moving and rocking a rocking shaft 46 of a roll punch 30 in a first eccentric position C1 eccentric to one side from a directly-facing position C to the processing object part P5 of a pipe material P, a second eccentric work process of forming a second inclined pressing groove part D2 inclined in the opposite side direction of the first inclined pressing groove part D1 in the processing object part P5 by moving and rocking the rocking shaft 46 in a second eccentric position C2 eccentric on the opposite side to the first eccentric position C1 and the directly-facing position C to the processing object part P5 and a directly-facing work process of forming a recessed groove part D as a directly-facing pressing groove part D5 in the processing object part P5 including an intersection D3 between the first and second inclined pressing groove parts D1 and D2 by moving and rocking the rocking shaft 46 in the directly-facing position C to the processing object part P5. |
