A robot cleaner is disclosed. The robot cleaner of the present invention includes: a driving part to move the robot cleaner; an absorption part to absorb dust on a floor of the robot cleaner; a sensing part to photograph a front of the robot cleaner; and a control part which controls the sensing part to photograph an image before and after cleaning as to the same area, and generates cleaning result information using the images before and after cleaning as to the same area. The robot cleaner can compare a plan and a result of the robot cleaner and then can report the comparison result to a user.
