The present invention relates to a PCR primer set for detecting or quantifying meat sources in food, and a method for detecting or quantifying meat sources using the same. By using the PCR primer set for detecting or quantifying meat sources in food, according to the present invention, it is possible to detect the presence and content of pork, chicken, and fish meat in a mixed meat sample.
