Disclosed is a roasting apparatus capable of being easily replaced by an operation of a user or by a motor. The roasting apparatus comprises: at least one rod shaped grill stick; a grill moving unit supporting both ends of at least one grill stick in a longitudinal direction, and placing at least one grill stick thereon in parallel and moving the same from one side to the other side of the roasting apparatus; and a grill stand unit having guide grooves for holding at least one grill stick when the same is placed. The grill moving unit comprises: a rotation driver including a driving shaft and a driving gear; a rotator connected to the rotation driver to rotate the same; and a chain having a chain connector provided on one side and coupled to the grill stand unit by a screw or a nail, and being engaged with the driving gear to move in a rotating direction of the rotator. |
