A heat exchanger 100 includes a flow passage forming body 11 and a serpentine tube unit 13. The flow passage forming body 11 has a serpentine first flow passage 19 through which a first fluid is caused to flow. The serpentine tube unit 13 has a second flow passage 20 through which a second fluid is caused to flow, and is disposed in the first flow passage 19 of the flow passage forming body 11. At least a part of the flow passage forming body 11 is composed of a resin foam. The flow passage forming body 11 has, for example, a plate-like upper member 15 having a groove portion meandering along an in-plane direction of the upper member, and a plate-like lower member 15 combined with the upper member 15. The lower member 15 covers the groove portion 16 of the upper member 15 so as to form the first flow passage 19. |
