A fixed shaft (56) of a hydraulic unit (32) is provided including a body (60) having a first end (62) and a second opposite end (64). A first flange (76a) and a substantially identical second flange (76b) are integrally formed with the body (60) of the shaft adjacent the second end (64). The second end (64) of the body has an outer diameter of 2.515 ± 0127 cm. The first and second flange (76a, 76b) each have an axial length parallel to a longitudinal axis of the body of .216 ± .0254 cm. The first and second flange (76a, 76b) having an outer diameter of 3.452 cm. The first flange (76a) and the second flange (76b) are separated from one another by a distance of about .8031 cm. The portion of the body between the first flange (76a) and the second flange (76b) has an outer diameter of about 3.051 cm.
