The wire star (10) has resilient fingers (14), and a scraper (20) made of a non-resilient material. The scraper is designed as an independent finger of the wire star. The scraper radially extends over the resilient fingers and consists of a holding member (22) and a scraper head (24). The scraper head is replaceably arranged at the holding member and consists of hard metal, spring steel or ceramic. The holding member is secured in a wire star body by a securing element i.e. screw.
