The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a squid containing potato snack and a squid containing potato snack manufactured by the same which mix squid meat with potato powder, form the resultant into a squid shape and then fry the resultant so that a squid can be visually and tastefully enjoyed. Since the squid containing potato snack according to the present invention contains a raw squid as it is, an original chewy texture of the squid can be enjoyed, since the appearance is manufactured in a squid shape, visual taste is excellent, and since potato powder which is an alkali food is added to a squid which is an acidic food, acidification of the human body is prevented, and thereby balance of habitude can be achieved. |
