Disclosed is a method of producing and managing low-sodium chicken breast mixed with lentils which produces seasoned low-sodium chicken breast by mixing the same with lentils and manages the chicken breast. Accordingly, the low-sodium chicken breast mixed with lentils is produced by mixing 90 to 95% of chicken breast with 0.5 to 5% of a plurality of additives and 3 to 7% of purified water. The additives are a mixture of 0.1 to 2% of lentils and 0.4 to 4% of chicken breast seasoning. Therefore, the low-sodium chicken breast mixed with lentils of the present invention is produced by mixing the chicken breast with the additives including lentils and seasoning and the purified water and thus is ideal for a snack, meal substitution food, and diet food. |
