The present invention relates to a composition for forming a solar cell electrode. The composition includes silver (Ag) powder, glass frit, an organic binder, and a solvent. The organic binder includes a compound having a repetition unit expressed in chemical formula 1. The composition for forming the solar cell electrode represents excellent dispersibility and stability in storage. In addition, the composition allows the formation of fine patterns and represents excellent printability. In chemical formula 1, R1, R3, and n are the same as described in the specification of the present invention.
