The present invention relates to an anti-skid fabric to which a flour-containing adhesive pigment composition is applied and a method for manufacturing the same. The adhesive pigment composition-applied anti-skid fabric contains 100 parts by weight of flour, 15 to 25 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol, 15 to 25 parts by weight of foaming agent, 25 to 35 parts by weight of blinder, 2 to 4 parts by weight of soda, and 800 to 850 parts by weight of water, and thus is improved in adhesiveness with respect to an application surface and does not irritate a skin. |
