PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set network services of a mobile terminal as suitable for subscriber schedules.SOLUTION: A scheduling control device 1 includes: a scheduling control data storage unit 21 which stores therein scheduling control data 21a having associated with subscriber schedules such as the time of day, information on an expected subscriber position at the time of day and network services set information of a subscriber mobile terminal 2; and scheduling control means 22 which, when the time of day included in the scheduling control data 21a arrives, acquires information on a position of the subscriber mobile terminal 2 and also acquires expected position information at the time of day in the scheduling control data 21a, and when the position information of the mobile terminal 2 and the expected position information match, transmits a setting request to a subscriber information management unit 52 according to the network services set information associated with the time of day. |
