Heat exchanger with corrosion protective coating, method for its manufacture and application

The exchanger has individual components e.g. heat exchange medium, lamellas and collectors, made of aluminum alloy material, where a part of the individual components is soldered by a hard-solder. The soldered components possess an outer corrosion protection layer made of 50 weight percentage silicon dioxide. The protection layer is uniformly distributed over an entire outer surface of the exchanger. A basic profile is provided with a flow channel for the components. A soldering agent is formed as a solder and a non-corrosive flux material such as aluminum-silicon-solder or silicon-solder.
