摘要 A flexible LED display device based on a transparent PCB according to the present invention comprises: a transparent material made of a flexible material and provided with a first side and a second side opposite to the first side; a first pattern unit arranged on the first side of the transparent material formed by pattern-processing electrodes consisting of a conductor with a data line and a power line; a second pattern unit arranged on the second side of the transparent material formed by pattern-processing electrodes consisting of a conductor with a data line and a power line; an LED chip embedded in and electrically connected with the first pattern unit; a mold formed of a transparent material, and molding-processing the LED chip; an adhesive layer provided with an adhesive ingredient, and filling an external space between the molds; an insulated layer arranged on the second pattern unit; and a via hole formed by penetrating the transparent material and electrically connecting the first pattern unit and the second pattern unit. The flexible LED display device based on transparent PCB according to the present invention can be manufactured in a large size while maintaining a unique property of a transparent and flexible LED display device in a COB type, and can provide an environment to promote a three-dimensional design while maintaining convenience of manufacturing processes by using a double-sided structure.
