The present invention corrects a position of a vehicle based on a time delay of information transmission between the vehicle and a user terminal and traveling information and position information received by a GPS of the vehicle when the vehicle and the user terminal are linked. Therefore, the present invention more accurately locate the actual position of the vehicle, thereby improving a quality of a service based on the position information of the vehicle such as route guidance of a navigation device. |
