摘要 A radiation imaging apparatus has three time periods for operation. In T1 the presence or absence of radiation (such as source operation) is measured by combination of detection pixel signals or using bias current changes. In T2 dose is determined by switched or capacitive connection of separate detection pixels, or potential change of image pixels using a MOSFET amplifier and reset switch. In T3 the image signal is read out by individual switching of image pixels. Many embodiments show either a separate array of detection pixels for presence and dose determination, combined on the same substrates as some of the image pixels. A further embodiment shows a single array including transistors for a reset switch and MOS amplification.
