<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image creation game device capable of providing services corresponding to needs of a user who needs only a provision of image data. <P>SOLUTION: An image creation game device 10 comprises: photographing means (a camera 161) which acquires a photographed image by photographing a subject including a user; editing means (touch panels 171, 172) which edits the photographed image and acquires an edited image; and charging means (a photographing control device 160) which collects money charged on the user.
