A method provides ingredients: honey, sweetener – stevia or aspartam, agg, spices (corian¬der, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg), aerating agent, rendered fat, and flour mixing, kneading, resting and baking within 10-15 min up to 200-240°C temperature; at that, composition con¬tai¬ning 50-70 mass% of wheat flour, 35-55 mass% of crude gluten, 5-15% mass% of wheat dietary fiber, and 2-10 mass% of rosehip flour is mixed as flour therein. |
