Since an existing radar disturbing bullet is scattered by an air force in the sky, the bullet has a high risk of influencing the strength of the air force. However, the present invention is scattered by being exploded in the sky by a ground force in the maximum range of a cannon. Therefore, the present invention is capable of preventing the malfunction of a walkie-talkie, caused by a jammer launched for ground infiltration. The outer surface of the present invention is formed of a metal or nonmetal material. |
