The present invention relates to a culturing apparatus for plant tissue culture provided with, inside a housing, two or more culture vessels in which plant tissue culture and a culture medium are stored. The culturing apparatus of the present invention comprises: a turn table in which the culture vessels are placed on the upper surface thereof, and which is mounted inside the housing to be able to rotate; a cylinder shaped body unit which is inserted into a pipe shaped rack fixed inside the housing, and coupled to the lower portion of the turn table; and a motor pump which is spaced apart from the body unit to supply air to the inlet grooves. In the body unit, inlet grooves are formed along the girth of the outer circumferential surface thereof, one end thereof is communicated with the inlet grooves, and a through hole is formed at the other end thereof to be communicated with the upper end thereof. In the culturing apparatus for plant tissue culture: the motor pump and the body unit, and the body unit and the culture vessels are connected to receive air through tubes; and the body unit and the turn table can be rotated together as the motor pump and the rack are fixed. The present invention, the culturing apparatus which requires rotation of the turn table when each culture vessel receives content, may prevent the tubes from being twisted and fallen from the vessels due to the rotation of the turn table, and may smoothly provide air regardless of the rotation location of the turn table. |
