PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust circulation device of an internal combustion engine which can remove both of tar products and iron sulfate from an EGR filter and, thereby, suppresses pressure loss produced in an EGR passage due to deposition of the tar products and iron sulfate on the EGR filter.SOLUTION: On a lower surface 91 of a connection part 9 on a low pressure EGR passage 11 of the upstream side in the exhaust flow direction of an EGR filter 12, a rebounding surface 15 on which exhaust and condensate water flowing out from a DPF 42 together with the exhaust rebound against exhaust flow is provided on a position against the exhaust flow passing through the DPF 42 and the EGR filter 12 is arranged on a position where the exhaust and condensate water rebounding from the rebounding surface 15 directly hit against the EGR filter. |
