The fire protection device (1) has a cassette shaped housing made of a sheet, where an insulated body extends over a base surface of the housing. A gypsum material plate (9) is connected with a stabilizing layer (10) which is made of a web shaped material at a side facing an air layer (8). The material of the stabilizing layer is made of fibers, yarn or wires or a foil, particularly metal, ceramics, glass, plastic or sodium silicate or a composite material provided with perforations. An independent claim is included for a gypsum material plate with a metallic spreader. |
