<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer composition, which is closely fitted to a thermosetting resin used for a coated floor or the like and hard inorganic material such as tile as an adherend without using an organic solvent, as a primer; and can be used for the thermosetting resin, urea urethane resin or the like, as a top coating object. <P>SOLUTION: The primer composition to be interposed to improve the adhesion between a base and a coating film is obtained by mixing a silane coupling agent having glycidyl group to an acrylic resin-based emulsion having a urethane resin self-emulsified dispersion as a seed. The base is any one of epoxy resin coating material, urethane resin coating material, urethane cement resin coating material, acrylic urethane resin coating material, acrylic resin coating material and inorganic hard base material; and as the top coat coating material, epoxy resin coating material, urethane resin coating material, urethane cement resin coating material, acrylic urethane resin coating material, acrylic resin coating material or urea urethane resin coating material is used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
