<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain good performance of energy conversion from light energy on solar cell panels to electric energy and improve solar cell panels' life when multiple solar cell panels are supported on a concrete foundation installed on a ground surface. <P>SOLUTION: A solar power generation apparatus comprises: a concrete foundation 3 extending along a ground surface 2 and installed on the ground surface 2; brackets 4 supported by the foundation 3; and multiple solar cell panel panels 6, which extend along an upper surface 5 of the foundation 3 and are aligned so as to be along the upper surface 5 at an upper area of the foundation 3 while being attached to the brackets 4. The foundation 3 is formed in a plate shape which extends along the ground surface 2 in an overall view.
