<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pickup device having high-resolved pixels. <P>SOLUTION: An image pickup device 10 comprises: stacked elements 100a, 100b, 100c, 100d for extracting signals corresponding to storage charges from each of photosensitive sections 101 arranged in tetragonal or hexagonal arrangements on the X, Y axis planes in parallel with the z axis and outputting them; and a liquid crystal element 106 provided on the element 100a having a photosensitive section 101 in the stacked element and forming pixels according to an amount of change of storage charges due to light shielding in each of divided regions by dividing each photosensitive section 101 into the regions by a predetermined division number by monitoring a light shielding part 110 smaller than the photosensitive section 101 for light-shielding in a part of region for each of photosensitive sections, within a region of the photosensitive section 101. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
