PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scribing wheel, a scribing device, and a method of manufacturing the scribing wheel such that when a brittle material substrate is parted, a decrease in permeability of a crack due to a cullet or foreign matter left in a groove and a parting defect due to variance in depth of the crack are hardly caused.SOLUTION: There is provided a scribing wheel 40 capable of preventing a decrease in permeability of a crack and a parting defect due to variance in depth of the crack since a cullet or foreign matter which may enter a groove 44 is discharged out of the scribing wheel 40 through a hollow part 46 by forming the hollow part 46 connecting with the groove 44 on each of respective inclined surfaces 42a of the scribing wheel 40. |
