Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for controlling a multi-tone jammer for improving anti-jamming performance in frequency hopping communication. The present invention additionally suggests a step of inspecting (113) an attack on the tone jammer prior to combining and a jamming removing block (112) in order to improve the process of combining a polluted symbol packet that has been the most serious problem in an existing diversity combining method. The apparatus for controlling the multi-tone jammer according to the present invention comprises: a tone check symbol; a symbol packet checker; a tone rejector; and a combiner. Therefore, the present invention minimizes the problem caused by combining the polluted symbols in the existing combining method and improves overall restoring performance. The apparatus and the method for controlling the multi-tone jammer for improving the anti-jamming performance in the frequency hopping communication overcome the drawback that the selective NED method widely employed in the existing frequency hopping anti-jamming communication cannot easily respond to the multi-tone jammer and make energy outstandingly effective in jamming across a broad bandwidth. |
