According to an embodiment of the present invention, a temperature control system of a secondary battery comprises: a first cell case installed with a first heat wire on an inner surface facing a first secondary battery cell, for covering the first secondary battery cell; a second cell case installed with a second heat wire on an inner surface facing a second secondary battery cell, for covering the second secondary battery cell; and a control unit for individually controlling the temperatures of the first heat wire and the second heat wire. The purpose of the present invention is to minimize a temperature deviation of each secondary battery or to control the temperatures of each of the secondary batteries different from each other.
