PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary grinding tool 1 for use in a peeling grinding groove forming operation by providing, in advance, an operation step of forming the peeling grinding groove of a coating film on a work target surface as a pre-step of the operation of peeling the coating film by only a grinding tip provided at a lower surface circumferential edge of a disk or a wheel while pressure-contacting a lower surface of the disk or the wheel.SOLUTION: An entire circumferential edge of a circular mounting plate 2 provided with a rotary shaft mounting hole 6 opened at the center is provided with a circumferential wall 3 having a constant width continuously from a bottom surface while having an angle of 90° with the circular mounting plate 2. A grinding tip group in which two pieces are arranged in parallel while having equal intervals of 30° in a circumferential direction about the center of the circular mounting plate 2 and a grinding tip group in which three pieces are arranged in parallel are alternately provided while directing cutting edges in the same circumferential direction. Each grinding tip of the grinding tip group in which the two pieces are arranged is arranged between parallel virtual lines connecting, in the circumferential direction, a corresponding outer side surface of each tip of the tip group in which the three pieces are arranged. |
