PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate a cutting angle of a steel cord embedded rubber sheet material in a round blade cutoff device.SOLUTION: A cutoff device is equipped with a round cutting blade for cutting a steel cord embedded rubber sheet. The cutting blade is supported to a vertical axis of a holder for holding the cutting blade. The cutting blade is freely rotatable around the vertical axis when cutting the rubber sheet and is equipped with a damper for curbing rapid rotation around the vertical axis of the cutting blade. The damper supports a rotating shaft of the cutting blade and is arranged separately at an anterior or posterior position or right-and-left positions from the cutting blade holder integrated with the cutting blade. Furthermore, the cutting blade holder is supported to a vertical axis of the holder of the cutoff device and rotatable around the vertical axis in cutting a rubber sheet material. Furthermore, the rotation of the cutting blade in going beyond a scope preset based on a cutting angle of the rubber sheet material is regulated by the damper. |
